  • Somatic Healing + Embodiment is a sacred and safe space to bring you back into your body. Somatic experiencing connects us to our physical being to heal the mind-body divide we experience within ourselves. We are cycling into our emotional body or “felt sense” and expressing what needs to be released. This heals and regulates our nervous system so that we can exist in a state of calm instead of chronic stress and tension.

    Together we will create a safe container for you to ground your energy and explore what messages your body has for you. My role is simply to guide you home to yourself while opening you to the beautiful and powerful things you had within you all along… Think of this as a remembering. We are not searching for the answers outside of you, but uncovering the ones hidden within you all along.

    Somatic Embodiment is a beautiful addition to the work you do in talk therapy.

  • Most of the work will be done while you're lying on a yoga mat with a blanket and weighted eye mask as I guide you through a series of Somatic meditations. My goal is for you to feel as comfy and cozy as possible! 

    The flow of our session will look something like this:

    • Create a safe space for energy to flow

    • Connect to your body and emotions through guided meditation

    • Allow stuck emotions to arise, flow through you, and out of you through Somatic Experiencing Movement, and other modalities.

    • Integrate and reflect

    We will work with the a curated selection of the below healing modalities throughout our session: 

    • Breathwork

    • Yoga Based Movement

    • Sensation Tracking Exercises

    • Sacred Self Love 

    • Feminine Embodiment Guided Meditation

    • Somatic Experiencing Guided Meditation

    • Inner Child Guided Meditation

    • Somatic shaking 

    • EFT Tapping

  • Somatic Experiencing is most effective as an ongoing practice, but most people immediately feel a greater sense of calm and connectedness.

    I recommend seeing new clients weekly as we retrain your nervous system.
