INSURANCE?

In order to provide boutique quality care, we remain independent from working with insurance companies as in-network providers.  However, we always have your back in asking for what you need.

Call your insurance company and ask about reimbursement for out-of-network providers. 

We will provide a superbill or detailed receipt of services for you to submit.  Hey, we all like a little cash back in our pockets.

We do accept HSA/FSA cards.

COST?

We take pride in offering services that are reflective of quality over quantity. When you become a client with us, we support you all the way. In other words, you get what you pay for….

THERAPY APPOINTMENTS

  • Therapy appointments with licensed therapy providers (non-medical) (50-90 minutes) $175-$350

  • Therapy appointments with pre-licensed therapy providers (non-medical) (if available) $150

  • Couples therapy with licensed therapy providers (non-medical) (90 minutes) $425

  • Couples Intensives (3 days / 15 hours) with two licensed therapy providers, $5250

  • Group Therapy (Girl Talk), $55

  • Brainspotting (50 minutes), $200 or (90 minutes, $315)

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENTS

  • Medication management services start with a full evaluation (90 minutes) at $400

  • Follow-up Medication Management Visits (30 minutes) $175

  • Medication Management Appointments with therapy add-on (50 minutes) $250

  • Second Opinion Medication Management Consult (60 minutes) $300 

  • Medication Consultation, no medications prescribed, (60 minutes), $200: This is for those who are curious about psychiatric medications, have never taken psychiatric medications, and want more information from a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner about medication options, possible side effects, and other relevant considerations before a complete evaluation and before being prescribed medication(s).

Our needs as women can be complex and we love collaborating with any pre-existing providers you would like to be involved in your care. 

SOMATIC EMBODIMENT (yoga, breathwork, meditative healing)

  • Intake appointments, (75 minutes) $175 (25-minute intake + 50 minutes Somatic Session)

  • Follow-up appointments (50 minutes) $150

EMPOWERMENT SESSIONS

  • Intake appointments, (75 minutes) $225

  • Follow-up appointments (60 minutes) $175

CANCELLATION

We have a firm “no show” policy, requiring forty-eight (48) hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This notification window allows the provider ample time to open their schedule to another client so there is no loss in personal income for the provider. For this reason, late cancellations are charged at the total rate for the visit.
